Surveys
Please take a few minutes to complete several surveys. The links are here.
Community School Needs Assessment---This survey went home about a month ago. This survey is designed to glean information as to which services and supports you may need from the school so we can better serve your students.
Instructional Continuity-We need your honest feedback. We want to know how your child's experience was with distance learning. In the event that we must remain or return to distance learning, we want to ensure that we make the necessary improvements to support your child.
The other part of this survey is designed to glean preliminary information about your thoughts and needs for your child as we examine how to reopen school in the fall. The information in our survey is only for our school use. In the coming days, Superintendent Beutner will send a similar survey. Please complete the one from his office as well. Our LAUSD leaders will use your responses to make decisions on the re-opening of school. OurLAUSD leaders are committed to making decisions based on science and data. They are being guided by state and federal health officials. Student and staff health & safety will remain their top priority.
Reorganization-We are in the process of forming classrooms for the upcoming school year. This survey isdesigned for you to share relevant information about your child as we put together next year's class assignments. Please note, this is not an opportunity to request a specific teacher. To ensure equity and balance in classroom assignments, teacher requests are not accepted .
Thank you again for all that you have done to support your children during these challenging times. I hope to see you soon and I hope you have a restful summer.
Most respectfully,
Karen Hollis
Principal
